Bridges, Boats, & Warehouses; A Redhook Warehouse Elopement
Bridges, Boats, & Warehouses. This Redhook Warehouse Elopement- OH MY. OK…. cheesy indeed. But planning a wedding is crazy. Myself, I planned my wedding in 2.5 years, people. And it was… needless to say, not this. But this couple…well, they put me to shame. They eloped infront of friends & family, at iconic DUMBO, isolated between the Manhattan & Brooklyn Bridges. Then jumped on a ferry ride on the Hudson River with all their guests for cocktail hour. The ferry took them throughout the river, with views of the Lady Liberty and the scenic Manhattan skyline. Sadly, it was my first time on a boat in NY after only visiting the city 40+ times. UGGHH.
Then, the crew ventured over to Redhook, NY for an insanely beautiful reception at Atelier Roquette Venue & Warehouse. It was extremely romantic, nestled in the warehouse district of Red hook, NY. There must have been a million candles, and was set up to be a endless night of cocktails and small bites.
If we could all just take a moment to be as mindful as them, we’d have wedding extravaganza’s everywhere! Not to mention I had such a blast! Can we do it again soon guys?!
